When existing management is looking to remove themselves from day/day operation of the business, 7 Lakes utilizes a pool of local professionals to continue operational success of the business. Operators have decades of experience within the acquired company's industry. Operators often invest some of their own money and take on an equity stake in the company they manage.
7 Lakes investors are made up of a select group of NE Wisconsin business owners and high net individuals. The individuals making up the investment group believe in long term, buy and hold strategies. They prefer to invest locally, in the communities that they live and work. Many of the investors have experience operating and owning similar companies and serve as advisors to the investment companies. Investors participate on a deal by deal basis.
